About the Arist

I’ve been playing the piano for as long as I can remember. It’s my instrument of choice. I know a little guitar, but always I return to my one true passion. I had about six years of piano lessons before realizing I could play better by ear than reading scores – and because it takes so long to read and plug through them… like trudging through mud. I had to actually hear it first before I could play.

Let’s face it. I just wanna sit down and let creativity move the fingers for me. A lot of what I do is spontaneous. What you hear is what you get. And sometimes I like to add other instruments to it. Flesh it out a bit more if I think it sounds fairly decent.

So sit back and enjoy! More’s always coming.
